Job Description: The company primarily specializes in optical coating products, and its customer base consists mainly of research institutes and enterprises and institutions.

1. Responsible for market development, sales, and maintenance of the company’s optical products;
2. Responsible for answering and handling pre- and post-sales product-related inquiries and issues.
3. Complete the company’s annual sales targets, prepare detailed sales reports for sales analysis, and be responsible for regularly reporting sales performance to the company.
4. Collect and analyze market and industry information, trend developments, changes in demand, and customer feedback data; participate in the formulation and implementation of sales strategies and marketing plans.
5. Complete other work tasks assigned by higher-level leaders.

Job Requirements:
1. No restrictions on educational background or major; at least 2 years of sales experience, with preference given to candidates who have experience in optical or instrumentation sales.
2. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, clear thinking, and the ability to complete tasks in a planned manner.
3. Possesses strong pioneering spirit and a forward-looking attitude, able to handle pressure and face challenges.
4. Strong ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team;
