8-channel multispectral filter

Multispectral filters are precisely fabricated using a combined lithography and coating process. High-precision replication lithography is employed to create deposition masks, and high-performance optical filter films for each spectral band are sequentially deposited within the defined patterns. These multispectral filters feature high transmittance and exceptional filtering performance. Multiple filter channels are integrated onto a single substrate with extremely high spatial alignment accuracy. The products find wide applications in space-based multispectral imaging, multispectral imaging spectrometers, and medical multispectral imaging.
