On November 30, 2020, the Department of Science and Technology of Jilin Province released the first batch of 2020 lists of recognized high-tech enterprises. Changchun Changguang Chenspu Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Changguang Chenspu) was among those listed, marking its official entry into the ranks of national high-tech enterprises.
As a national-level qualification certification, the “High-Tech Enterprise” designation is an official recognition granted by the state to enterprises that demonstrate sustained research capabilities and successful commercialization of technological innovations within key high-tech sectors, thereby establishing their core, independent intellectual property rights. Obtaining this national High-Tech Enterprise designation signifies that Changguang Chenspu has received national-level validation in areas such as R&D capability, independent innovation strength, core intellectual property rights, and enterprise management standards. This milestone also marks the beginning of a new stage for Changguang Chenspu.
Technological innovation is the driving force behind enterprise development, and innovation-driven growth is a fundamental prerequisite for corporate advancement. As a technology-driven enterprise integrating the R&D of optical thin films, the development of novel spectroscopic instruments, and spectral image processing and applications, Changguang Chenspu focuses primarily on core technologies such as advanced spectral filters and spectrometers (imaging-based) built upon these spectral filters. The company has established a domestic R&D and production platform specializing in high-end optical coating, optical components, and optoelectronic instruments. Furthermore, the company has been granted 6 patents and holds 6 software copyrights, with key technical indicators of its products ranking among the leading levels in China.
