Time flies, and the years pass in the blink of an eye—before we know it, 2020 has already slipped quietly into the past. To further summarize our experiences, build on our strengths, and address our weaknesses, thereby welcoming the brand-new year of 2021, Changchun Changguang Chenspu Technology Co., Ltd. held a 2020 staff summary meeting on January 9, 2021. First, all employees reported on their work in 2020, starting from their actual job duties: their primary responsibilities, specific work tasks, areas where they fell short, and their plans for the coming year.
At the meeting, company leaders provided guidance to each presenter on their performance in 2020, highlighting both their strengths and areas for improvement in their work.
Deputy General Manager Yang Fei summarized the company’s performance over the past year and outlined plans for 2021. In 2020, the company continued to expand its business scale and steadily enhance its brand influence. Its core products—the spectral filters—and its emerging business—the spectroscopy module—both maintained strong growth momentum. The company’s substantial investment in R&D and continuous improvements in production technology have consistently enabled it to attract high-end clients in the market.
The members of the Board of Directors provided significant feedback on the above summary. In 2020, despite the impact of the pandemic, the company rose to the challenge, pressed forward with determination, and successfully achieved most of the targets set at the beginning of 2020. At the same time, the Board pointed out the company’s operational shortcomings and offered constructive suggestions.
